The September 2016 LET results also known as Licensure Examination for Teachers are expected to be released within 40-52 working days after the last day of board exam. These has been confirmed by the Professional Regulation Commission Board of Professional Teachers.

The PRC administered the Licensure Exam for Teachers to more than 100,000 takers in at least 22 test locations nationwide: Manila, Antique, Bacolod, Baguio, Catarman, Cebu, Davao, General Santos City, Iloilo, Laoag, Legazpi, Lucena, Marinduque, Masbate, Mindoro, Pagadian, Palawan, Romblon, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

October 1, 2016 Update: A total of 16,432 examinees took the LET board in three (3) examination areas supervised by the Baguio Regional Office. Administered to 10,779 in Baguio, 4,172 Rosales and 1,481 in Laoag, the BLEPT is the biggest licensure examination coordinated by the Baguio Regional Office.

Possible release date of LET Results

According to PRC Resolution No. 2015-948, the target release date of September 2016 LET results is on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 or in 45 working days after the exam.

In March 2015, results were released after 38 working days. A total of 12,103 elementary teachers out of 44,144 examinees (27.42%) and 17,904 secondary teachers out of 56,596 examinees (31.63%) successfully passed the LET.

In the same period last year, results were out online after 48 working days. PRC named 21,461 elementary teachers out of 68,442 examinees (31.36%) and 34,010 secondary teachers out of 81,463 examinees (41.75%) who have hurdled the licensure exam.

In March 2016, results are out after 41 working days. A total of 12,128 elementary teachers out of 42,739 examinees (28.38%) and 18,810 secondary teachers out of 53,090 examinees (35.43%) successfully passed the LET.

Note that the total number of days before the official release of LET results depends on factors such as the total number takers, effect of work cancellations due to calamities and system of checking the pencil-based tests.

Updates before release of  September 2016 LET Results

As mentioned by PRC, successful examinees shall be compliant with the registration requirements for the issuance of the Professional ID Card and Certificate of Registration. Registration will now be done online via PRC Online Registration Portal. Successful takers shall take not of the following important requirements to bring.

     1. Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal - duly accomplished
     2. Latest Cedula - Community Tax Certificate (CTC)
     3. Passport size ID picture with colored with white background and nametag - 2 pieces
     4. 2 sets of documentary stamps
